Venture Health Partner Group of Boston purchased a failed health plan. Compounding the need for a swift, convincing turnaround was the overriding image of managed care in the United States as evil, greedy and deceptive. With the opportunity to form the foundation of the brand, we connected with consumers by helping to create a company that is honest, willing to share a hard truth, recognizing the historical failings of managed care, and pledging open communication.
We named the company The Oath.
Trumpet’s rebranding and outreach overwhelmingly exceeded client expectations, resulting in a provider network that expanded rapidly and gained support from the medical community for acknowledging the shortcomings of the system.
