RealMex Restaurants:
Trumpet’s work for Real Mex, the largest casual dining Mexican restaurant company in the United States, has included everything from brand planning for their 11 different restaurant concepts to corporate identity, advertising, menu engineering and design, in-restaurant merchandising and promotions. We introduced a semi-monthly program for El Torito focusing on culinary culture from the various regions of Mexico to help leverage the authenticity of the dishes. Other efforts including elaborate grand opening promotions, including the creation of the world’s largest pinata.
